Playlist 10-24-2010

Coming up on October 30, not only do you have the opportunity to get the crap scared out of you at October's edition of Grind Fu Cinema, but there is also a special listner/viewer party of Neil Young's new album "Le Noise". KMSU is hosting a viewing party of Neil playing all the songs off of Le Noise live on stage. The DVD came directly from the record comapny in promotion of the album. This performance is not for sale, it's a great opportunity to see some live Neil with people who love it, and it's completely FREE! Stick around for Suspiria and Se7en on the big screen. We're featuring tracks from Two Cow Garage's brand spanking new album "Sweet Saint Me" this month on Embrace the Sound. The guys from Ohio have put together a great album and an even better tour to help get the music out. I'm blown away by tracks like "Lucy and the Butcher Knife", "Sweet Saint Me" and "Sally, I've Been Shot". Their sound keeps maturing and I appreciate the vocals sharing between Micah and Shane. Pick up a copy today from Suburban Home Records or Vinyl Collective. I know the pre-order package from VC comes with a 64oz metal flask with the band logo on it!
